Our free range Chicken Carcass is ideal for making healthy homemade soups or chicken stock. Hormone-free and antibiotic-free. Storage Instructions Store chicken carcasses in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
