Sirin Farm Korubuta is a free range organic pork made by crossing our purebred Berkshire Pigs with purebred Chiangmai Black Pigs. Our pigs are raised naturally without any antibiotics or hormones and are fed a mixed diet consisting of maize, rice, Thai medicinal herbs and probiotics. As a result, the meat is a fine grained pork that’s succulent, full of flavour and can be turned into a variety of amazing dishes.
Storing Information
Can be stored in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. When ready to use slowly thaw overnight in refrigerator or defrost in a microwave , then keep stored chilled (0-4 C) until consumed. Advisable to consume within 2-3 days of thawing.
